A: We offer three retainer levels: Essential (~8 hours/month), Premium (~18 hours/month), and White Glove (~30 hours/month). These are subscription-based and give you ongoing access to our services. We also offer project-based services (move management, estate coordination) for one-time needs. All retainers are billed monthly.

WORKING WITH POM & CO.
-
A: This is common and understandable. Many seniors value independence and worry about losing control. We recommend having a gentle conversation about how POM & CO. isn't about dependence — it's about freedom. When the details are handled, your loved one can focus on what they enjoy. Sometimes hearing from you about your own stress can help them see the real benefit.
-
Absolutely. Many of our clients have adult children living far away. We serve as your "eyes and ears" locally, managing details, coordinating with healthcare providers, and keeping you informed. We're especially helpful for estate transitions and moves when you can't be there in person.
-
A: Confidentiality is paramount. Everything discussed with us stays confidential. We follow strict privacy practices and only share information with your permission. We understand that family dynamics are complex and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
-
A: We work with you and your loved one together OR with the decision-maker (usually an adult child) depending on what works best for your family. In some cases, a senior is comfortable delegating entirely to their child. In others, they want to be involved. We adapt to your family's dynamic.
